adopted under these provisions shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, [1988] 1992.
2-402.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the [Regulatory Programs] PROGRAM Evaluation
Act. [of 1978], the following provisions of this article that
create or relate to the Banking Board and any regulations
adopted under these provisions shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, [1988] 1992:
(1) Title 2, Subtitle 2 ("Banking Board");
(2) § 2-302 ("Membership");
(3) (2) § 3-607 ("Reserves");
(4) (3) § 5-501 ("New branches"); and
(5) (4) § 5-801 ("Removal of director or officer
for unsafe or unsound practices").
8-104.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the [Regulatory Programs] PROGRAM Evaluation
Act [of 1978], § 8-101(b) and (c) and § 8-102 of this
subtitle relating to the Board of Savings and Loan
Association Commissioners and the Division of Savings and
Loan Associations and relating to the regulation of savings
and loan associations are of no effect and may not be
enforced after July 1, [1988] 1992.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the [Regulatory Programs] PROGRAM Evaluation
Act [of 1978], this subtitle relating to the Board of
Savings and Loan Association Commissioners and the Division
of Savings and Loan Associations and relating to the
regulation of savings and loan associations is of no effect
and may not be enforced after July 1, [1988] 1992.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the [Regulatory Programs] PROGRAM Evaluation
Act [of 1978], §§ 8-301, 8-302(a)(l), (b), (c), and (d),
8-303, 8-304, 8-305, and 8-306 of this title SUBTITLE
relating to the Board of Savings and Loan Association
Commissioners and the Division of Savings and Loan
Associations and relating to the regulation of . savings and
loan associations are of no effect and may not be enforced
after July 1, [1988] 1992.
