(6)  2 RECENT STANDARD PASSPORT SIZE, COLOR
PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE FARM LABOR CONTRACTOR;

(7)  THE APPLICANT'S FEDERAL REGISTRATION
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, IF ONE IS REQUIRED BY LAW;

(8)  A STATEMENT IDENTIFYING ANY FACILITIES TO BE
USED TO HOUSE MIGRANT AGRICULTURAL WORKERS AND WHO IS
FURNISHING THOSE FACILITIES;

(9)  AMY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION AS THE
COMMISSIONER MAY REQUIRE;

(10)  A $150 APPLICATION FEE; AND

(11)  CONSENT TO SERVICE OF PROCESS ON A RESIDENT
AGENT ACCEPTABLE TO THE COMMISSIONER WHENEVER THE FARM LABOR
CONTRACTOR HAS LEFT MARYLAND OR OTHERWISE HAS BECOME
UNAVAILABLE TO ACCEPT SERVICE.

(C) (1) APPLICATIONS FOR A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
SHALL BE CONTINUING IN CHARACTER. IF FOR ANY REASON ANY OF
THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON ANY APPLICATION BECOMES
INCORRECT, THE FARM LABOR CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE
COMMISSIONER WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE FARM LABOR CONTRACTOR
KNOWS OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE OCCURRENCE OF ANY CHANGE
IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH NECESSITATES A CHANGE IN THE
APPLICATION OR CERTIFICATE.

(2) INFORMATION CONTAINED IN AN APPLICATION
SHALL NOT INFER LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY ON THE PART OF ANY
AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION OR AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYER REGARDING
THE CARE, CUSTODY, OR ACTIVITIES OF MIGRANT AGRICULTURAL
WORKERS FURNISHED BY A FARM LABOR CONTRACTOR.

(D). THE COMMISSIONER SHALL ASSURE THAT APPLICATION
FORMS ARE DISTRIBUTED AT CONVENIENT LOCATIONS, AS NECESSARY
AND REASONABLE, THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

(E) THE COMMISSIONER SHALL MAKE ALL PRACTICABLE
EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE THE DUPLICATION OF REGISTRATION
REQUIREMENTS AND ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES UNDER THIS SUBTITLE

AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAWS. THIS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY

EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMISSIONER AND THE
SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WHICH ESTABLISHES
A COOPERATIVE PROGRAM TO COORDINATE THE REGISTRATION AND
ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMISSIONER AUTHORIZED UNDER
THIS SUBTITLE WITH COEXTENSIVE FEDERAL PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED
BY THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE
MAY NOT BE ENFORCED UNTIL THE AGREEMENT REQUIRED UNDER THIS
SECTION IS EXECUTED. THE COMMISSIONER MAY ACCEPT GRANTS OF
MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR ANY OTHER SOURCE TO
EFFECTUATE THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE.
