AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - School Board Members' Salaries

Expenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Worcester County
Commissioners to increase the salaries of amounts paid
to the members of the Board of Education of Worcester
County for traveling and other expenses; and providing
this Act does not affect incumbents.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Education

4-106.

(f) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this article,
a member of a county board may not receive compensation.

(3) Each member of the county board of the
following counties shall receive the following amounts
annually for traveling and other expenses:
