(5) EACH MEMBER OF THE WORCESTER COUNTY BOARD
SHALL RECEIVE ANNUAL COMPENSATION AN AMOUNT ANNUALLY FOR
TRAVELING AND OTHER EXPENSES AS DETERMINED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, BUT IN THE AMOUNT OF AT LEAST:

(I)  MEMBER...................... $2 , 000; AND

(II)  CHAIRMAN..................... $2,400.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
Board of Education of Worcester County in office on the
effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act
concerning the salary of the Board of Education of Worcester
County shall take effect at the beginning of the next
following term of office.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to authorize an increase of amounts
paid to members of the Board of Education of Worcester
County during their terms of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Worcester County - Bingo Board Members' Salary

FOR the purpose of providing that the annual salary of the
members of the Worcester County Bingo Board shall be
fixed by the Worcester County Commissioners; and
