(2) Confer upon the person the legal status of
an invitee or licensee to whom a duty of care is owed; or

(3) Assume responsibility for or incur liability
as a result of any injury to the person or property caused
by an act of omission of the person.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County and Charles County - State's
Attorney's Salary

FOR the purpose of providing that the State's Attorney's
salary in St. Mary's County and Charles County shall be
a certain percent of the salary of a judge of the
District Court of Maryland; providing when salary
increases may take effect; and providing this Act does
not affect the incumbent incumbents.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
