fees for which services are not provided;

(18)  Behaves immorally in the practice of
optometry; [or]

(19)   Is professionally, PHYSICALLY or mentally
incompetent;

(20)  ADVERTISES IN A FALSE OR MISLEADING MANNER;

(21)  HAS HAD A LICENSE TO PRACTICE OPTOMETRY
DENIED, SUSPENDED OR REVOKED IN ANOTHER STATE FOR AN ACT
WHICH WOULD BE GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION UNDER THIS
SECTION; OR

(22)  FAILS TO PERFORM ANY PATIENT EXAMINATION
REQUIRED BY THE BOARD; OR

(23) HAS VIOLATED ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE
TITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

(House Bill 424)

AN ACT concerning

Board of Physical Therapy Examiners -
Disciplinary Action

FOR the purpose of making a plea of guilty, a plea of guilty
or finding of guilty, or making a plea of nolo
contendere, to a felony or a crime involving moral
turpitude by a physical therapist or a physical
therapist assistant, grounds for disciplinary action
before the Board and requiring the court to make
certain reports to the Board by a certain date and
requiring the court to make certain reports to the
Board by a certain date.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
