FOR the purpose of specifying that the nomination and
election of candidates for elected county boards of
education conform to the requirements of the Election
Code except as to nonpartisan election, primary
election procedures, at large and district elections
for certain boards and vacancies in nomination;
repealing petitions and obsolete and redundant
provisions; generally relating to elected county boards
of education; amending a provision of law concerning
conditions for forfeiture of office by certain school
board members; providing a certain effective date for a
certain provision of his Act; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
