OR OBSTRUCTION, IF:

(1) THE STRUCTURE OR OBSTRUCTION IMPEDES THE
BUILDING OR OPERATION OF A PROJECT; AND

(2) THE SANITARY COMMISSION GIVES REASONABLE
NOTICE OF THE NEED TO MOVE THE OBJECT OR OBSTRUCTION.

(B) SCOPE OF MOVE.

THE PERSON SHALL MOVE THE OBJECT AS NECESSARY TO ALLOW
THE ORDERLY BUILDING OR OPERATION OF THE PROJECT.

(C) COST OF MOVE.

THE DISTRICT SHALL PAY THE COST OF MOVING THE STRUCTURE
OR OBSTRUCTION.

sentence of former Article 43, § 668.

In subsection (a) of this section, the former
reference to "buildings, conduits, pipes, tracks,
poles" is deleted as included in "structure or
obstruction".

former reference to "shift, adjust, accommodate
