9-673. SCOPE OF PART VII.

PART VII OF THIS SUBTITLE APPLIES ONLY TO DORCHESTER
COUNTY.

appear in Part VII of this subtitle are limited
to Dorchester County by their own terms.

9-674. POWERS OF DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY COMMISSION AND
DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT, INC.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

THE DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT INC., MAY:

(1) CONSTRUCT, BUY, OWN, HOLD, LEASE, REPAIR,
MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, AND OPERATE A SHARED FACILITY; AND

(2) CONTRACT WITH ANY PERSON, ANY AGENCY OF THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR THIS STATE, OR ANY MUNICIPALITY FOR
SERVICES THAT RELATE TO THE FACILITY.

(B)  PERMITTED LOCATIONS.

THE SHARED FACILITY MAY BE BUILT ONLY:

(1) OUTSIDE AN INCORPORATED AREA OF DORCHESTER
COUNTY; AND
