(A)  VIOLATION OF § 4-436.

A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF § 4-436 OF THIS
TITLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $50.

(B)  DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

HALF OF ANY FINE COLLECTED UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL BE
PAID TO THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE VIOLATION
OCCURRED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the second
sentence of former Article 27, § 275.

The former cross-reference to Article 38, § 4 of
the Code is deleted as unnecessary.

4-1203. $100 FINE.

A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THE FOLLOWING
SUBTITLES, PARTS, OR SECTIONS OF THIS TITLE IS GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT
EXCEEDING $100:

(1)  SUBTITLE 4, EXCEPT §§ 4-425 AND 4-436.

(2)  SUBTITLE 7.

(3)  § 4-903.

(4)  § 4-908.

(5)  PART III OF SUBTITLE 10.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 248, § 496, the first clause of § 185, the
first sentence of § 228, and the first sentence
of § 583.

The second sentence of former Article 43, § 583,
which related to the duties of the State's
attorney, is deleted as unnecessary.
