1978 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 240 A LICENSE EXPIRES ON THE FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF ITS (B) RENEWAL NOTICE. AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE (1) THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE (2) THE DATE BY WHICH THE RENEWAL APPLICATION (3) THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (C) APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL. BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED; (2) PAYS TO THE SECRETARY A RENEWAL FEE OF $25; (3) SUBMITS TO THE SECRETARY A RENEWAL (D) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL.
