THE APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE THE LOCATION OF THE COLD
STORAGE WAREHOUSE FOR WHICH THE LICENSE IS SOUGHT.

fourth sentences of former Article 43, § 231.

In subsection (a)(1) of this section, the
reference to "the form that the Secretary
requires" is new language added to state
expressly a provision that formerly was only
implied in the law; i.e., that application shall
be made only on the form required by the
Secretary.

4-509. INSPECTION OF APPLICANT'S WAREHOUSE.

BEFORE ISSUING A LICENSE, THE SECRETARY SHALL INSPECT
THE COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE IDENTIFIED IN THE APPLICATION.

4-510. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

THE SECRETARY SHALL ISSUE A LICENSE TO ANY APPLICANT
WHO MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE.

4-511. SCOPE OF LICENSE.

WHILE IT IS EFFECTIVE, A LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE AUTHORIZES THE LICENSEE TO OPERATE THE COLD
STORAGE WAREHOUSE IDENTIFIED IN THE LICENSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived

sentence of former Article 43, § 231, as that
sentence related to the scope of a license.

The words "identified in the license" are new
language added in light of § 4-506(b) of this
subtitle.
