to provide a standard term that helps to describe
the Department's authority to make inspections
inside and outside this State and its concomitant
privilege to limit the geographical area in which
it will make inspections, including the privilege
of limiting its inspections to facilities and
applicants in this State.

This definition conforms to the practice of the
Department of inspecting dairy farms in nearby
areas of neighboring states, relying on local
official inspections in areas outside the
Departmental inspection area, and cooperating
with similar agencies in other states that make
inspections in this State.

(F)  DISTRIBUTION STATION.

"DISTRIBUTION STATION" MEANS ANY PLACE OR VEHICLE
WHERE, FOR REDISTRIBUTION AND SALE, PASTEURIZED MILK
PRODUCTS ROUTINELY ARE RECEIVED, STORED, OR TRANSFERRED.

(G)  DISTRIBUTOR.

"DISTRIBUTOR" MEANS A PERSON WHO SELLS A PASTEURIZED
MILK PRODUCT.

as unnecessary in light of § 4-102 of this title.

(H) GRADE A PASTEURIZED MILK ORDINANCE.

"GRADE A PASTEURIZED MILK ORDINANCE" MEANS THE
RECOMMENDED GRADE "A" PASTEURIZED MILK ORDINANCE PUBLISHED
BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added
to avoid repetition of phrases such as "published
by the federal government".
