make at least two inspections on each such job. He shall see
that all plumbing work performed is in accordance with the
Plumbing Code and that all water supply and sewage disposal
systems are in compliance with the state board of health
regulations.
(B) The inspector of plumbing shall be a master
plumber and a resident of Cecil County for at least one year
prior to his appointment. [He shall be paid an annual salary
of $4,200.00] THE INSPECTOR'S ANNUAL SALARY AND COMPENSATION
FOR OTHER EXPENSES SHALL BE FIXED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, with transportation furnished by the county[,
which said]. THE salary and transportation expenses shall be
paid out of the revenue realized from the fees for permits
issued as provided in section 15-1. In the event of a
deficiency in [said] THE account, such deficiency shall be
paid out of the general funds of the county.
15-9.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of
[not less than $5.00 nor more than $50.00] NO MORE THAN $200
for each offense, and each day's violation shall constitute
a separate offense.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Cecil County - County Officers - Reports
FOR the purpose of requiring in Cecil County that the county
treasurer commissioners keep the annual audit report of
certain county officials available for public
inspection; deleting the requirement that the report be
published by newspaper; and clarifying language.
