Article 8 - Cecil County

The county commissioners [shall] MAY adopt a Housing
Code, which code shall stipulate minimum housing standards
in order to make dwellings fit for human habitation. [The
code shall be administered by the Cecil County Health
Department.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Plumbing

FOR the purpose of providing that the Cecil County plumbing
inspector's salary and compensation for other expenses
shall be fixed by the county commissioners; clarifying
language; and altering the penalty for violations of
the plumbing ordinances.
