13D.

(A) THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FREDERICK
COUNTY MAY ENACT A MONETARY SERVICE AWARD PLAN FOR VOLUNTEER
FIREMEN IN THE COUNTY BASED ON LENGTH OF SERVICE TO
ENCOURAGE VOLUNTEER SERVICE IN FREDERICK COUNTY.

(B) THE BOARD MAY IMPLEMENT THE PLAN BY ENACTING
ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS CONCERNING THE PROVISIONS AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
