(a)  There is a Forest AND PARK Advisory Commission in
the Department.

(b)   [There is a Parks Advisory Commission in the
Department.] FROM AND AFTER JULY 1, 1982, THE FOREST AND
PARK ADVISORY COMMISSION SHALL HAVE 14 MEMBERS. MEMBERS OF
THE FOREST AND PARK ADVISORY COMMISSION SHALL BE APPOINTED
BY THE GOVERNOR, WITH THE ADVICE OF THE SECRETARY, TO SERVE
AT THE PLEASURE OF THE GOVERNOR.

The Secretary shall appoint the State Forester.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
