SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

344A.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the State
Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors and
relating to the regulation of professional land surveyors
and any regulations promulgated under this subtitle are of
no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1983] 1989
1993.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Board of Boiler Rules

FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the Board of
Boiler Rules in accordance with the Regulatory Programs
Evaluation Act of 1978 (Sunset Law) by extending to a
