SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 48 - Inspections

180A.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the Board of
Boiler Rules and relating to the regulation of boilers or
pressure vessels and any regulations promulgated under this
subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced after July
1, [1983] 1989 1993.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
