the health related Boards
and Commissions in order
that they may provide more
comprehensive services.

Services

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation may not be expended
pending the approval by the Fiscal
Committees of a plan detailing how
these funds are to be distributed. The
Department shall present a plan for
such expenditures in budget submission
format to the Fiscal Committees no
later than August 1, 1982...............

32.09.01.04 Treatment Services

To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
the appropriation for Fiscal
Year 1982 to provide
additional funds for
reimbursement of costs for
services,                     including

hemodialysis, peritoneal
dialysis, transplantation
and drugs. The number of
patients, invoices received
and costs for services are
increasing at a much higher
rate than originally
estimated.
