include provisions for the
program to provide financial

assistance for certain

disabled persons in need of
certain services to be

administered by the

Department of Education
Vocational Rehabilitation,

the general fund

appropriations herein

authorized for $150,000 may
be transferred by approved
budget amendment to the
Department of Education
Vocational Rehabilitation to
be used for the purposes of
this program................

Services

To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
the appropriation for Fiscal
Year 1982, to provide
initial funds for the State
administration and the
processing of grants
associated with the State
assumption of responsibility
for the Community Services
