(2) THE BOARD MAY SUPPLEMENT ANY WRITTEN
EXAMINATION GIVEN UNDER THIS SECTION WITH AN ORAL
EXAMINATION.

(D)  NOTICE OF EXAMINATION.

THE BOARD SHALL NOTIFY EACH QUALIFIED APPLICANT OF THE
TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION.

(E)  SUBJECTS AND METHOD OF EXAMINATION.

THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE SUBJECTS, SCOPE, FORM,
AND PASSING SCORES FOR EXAMINATIONS GIVEN UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE.

(F)  REEXAMINATION.

THE BOARD MAY NOT LIMIT THE NUMBER OF TIMES AN
APPLICANT MAY TAKE AN EXAMINATION REQUIRED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE.

(G)  PARTICIPATION BY CONSUMER MEMBER OF BOARD.

UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE BOARD, THE CONSUMER MEMBER OF
THE BOARD MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO
EXAMINATIONS UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the last three
sentences of Art. 43, § 793(a)(4) and from Art.
43, §§ 794 and 802(b)(6).

Subsection (a) of this section is standard
language added to this and, where necessary,
corresponding sections of other titles of this
article, as discussed in the General Revisor's
Note to this article.

Subsection (d) of this section, which is derived
from Art. 43, § 794(a), is revised in the
standard language used for comparable notice of
examination provisions in other titles of this
article.

In subsection (e) of this section, the references
to the Board determining the "form" and "passing
scores" for examinations administered under this
section are added for clarity and to conform to
similar references throughout this article.

As to subsection (f) of this section, the present
language which allows an applicant to be
reexamined after failing an examination is
rephrased to clarify that the Board may not limit
the number of times an applicant may take an
examination.
