THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF ITS
MEETINGS.

(C)  COMPENSATION.

EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD IS ENTITLED TO:

(1)  COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE
BUDGET; AND

(2)  REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE
BUDGET.

(D)  STAFF.

THE BOARD MAY EMPLOY A STAFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STATE BUDGET.

the actual practice of the Board.

Subsection (b) of this section is new language
added for clarity.

Subsection (c) of this section is new language
derived without substantive change from the first
sentence of Art. 43, § 259.

Subsection (d) of this section is new language

As to subsection (c) of this section, Standard
State Travel Regulations are adopted by the
Department of Personnel with the approval of the
Board of Public Works.

12-205. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.

(A) POWER TO ADOPT RULES, REGULATIONS, AND BYLAWS.

IN ADDITION TO THE POWERS SET FORTH ELSEWHERE IN THIS
TITLE, THE BOARD MAY ADOPT:

(1)  RULES AND BYLAWS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO DO
ITS BUSINESS;

(2)  RULES AND REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS TITLE; AND

(3)  RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO
PROTECT THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE AND THAT
ESTABLISH STANDARDS FOR PRACTICING PHARMACY AND OPERATING
PHARMACIES, INCLUDING RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT GOVERN:
