AN ACT to amend Chapter 117 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Building Construction" by adding Section
117-7, titled "Violations and penalties", providing a
penalty for persons violating the provisions of the Wicomico
County Building Code.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County Code,
and to add a provision providing a penalty for violating the
provisions of Chapter 117 of the Wicomico County Code.

Bill 22

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225, titled "Zoning", Section
78, titled "Minimum lot standards", to permit the reduction
in lot sizes so as to make water and sewer service
economically feasible and to coordinate the density
development in those areas adjacent to incorporated towns in
Wicomico County.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County,
Maryland, recognizes that there are areas adjoining or near
the limits of the incorporated towns in the County which
need to be served with either or both water and sewer
service; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to reduce lot sizes to make
the said water and sewer service economically feasible and
to coordinate the density of development in those areas
which are adjacent to or near the incorporated towns in
Wicomico County.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225, titled "Zoning", Section
3, titled "Definitions and word usage" by including in said
Section a definition, "Community sewer or water and sewer
system".

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County finds it
advisable to amend Chapter 225, Section 3 of the Wicomico
