AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Council of
Wicomico County, Maryland to grant a special tax credit to
property owners for unsold or unrented, newly constructed
single dwelling units pursuant to the power and authority
contained in Article 81, Section 12 G-l of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition as amended).

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County,
Maryland finds it advisable to authorize the granting of a
special tax credit for unsold or unrented, newly constructed
single dwelling units as authorized by Article 81, Section
12 G-l of the Annotated Code of Maryland, for the benefit of
the citizens of Wicomico County.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Zoning", Section 3, titled "Definitions and
word usage" by including in said Section definitions for
"Family Day Care Home" and "Group Day Care Center" and by
repealing and reenacting with amendment the definition of
"School, Nursery", "School of General Instruction" and
"School of Special Instruction", all of which said
amendments to said County Code shall be placed within said
Section 3 of Chapter 225 in the proper alphabetical order,
so as to enable the said County Council to further amend
said Chapter 225 in a more clear and concise manner.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, title "Zoning" by repealing and reenacting with
amendments, Section 225-5 A(28), titled "Uses":

WHEREAS, the County Council for Wicomico County has
received certain recommendations of the Wicomico County
Planning and Zoning Commission, and has held a public
hearing relative to the need for regulation of child care
facilities, and after having given very serious and
