County or to any agency or official of the County in payment
of an obligation due to Wicomico County.

Bill 19

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Council of
Wicomico County, Maryland, to establish rules, regulations
and standards providing for the management of storm water in
Wicomico County, outside the limits of incorporated towns
and cities in Wicomico County, and to provide in said areas,
for the proper collection, channelling, retention,
detention, erosion control, sediment control, and disposal
of storm water connected with any building or site
improvement in future development or redevelopment
(including subdivisions) pursuant to the power and authority
contained in Wicomico County Code, Chapter 22, Section 22-2,
Section 22-12 and Article 25A, Section 5(w) of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition).

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County, has
found it advisable that a storm water management program be
established in Wicomico County to provide for the control of
storm water run-off and thereby reduce flooding, stream
channel erosion, siltation and sediment pollution by
requiring the installation of on-site storm water detention
facilities;

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County hereby
finds it desirable to establish such a storm water
management program for all future development and
redevelopment (including subdivisions that create new
streets), and on all future building or site improvements in
order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Wicomico County.

Bill 20

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Zoning" by reinstating and reenacting Section
225-54, titled "Uses", Subsection A(6).

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid
Zoning Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning
Commission with regard to outside storage.
