AN ACT to authorize Wicomico County, Maryland, to make
an appropriation of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) for
current expenses of the City Hall Museum and Cultural
Center, Inc. for the year 1980-1981.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 22, Section 12 of the Wicomico
County Code titled "Storm drainage facilities, costs", and
Chapter 22, Section 13 of the Wicomico County Code, titled
"Assessment for storm drainage facilities" to permit the
County Council of Wicomico County to create storm drainage
facilities throughout Wicomico County.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County,
Maryland, finds it advisable to amend the sections of the
Wicomico County Code having to do with the creation of storm
drainage facilities and the assessments and costs for such
facilities as provided in Sections 22-12 and 22-13 of the
Wicomico County Code, so as to enable the said County
Council to create and finance storm drainage districts for
the benefit of the citizens of Wicomico County.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 29 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Director of finance" by adding Section 29-22, titled
"Penalty for bad checks", providing a penalty for persons
issuing to the Director of Finance or any other county
official or agency, a check, money order, draft or other
instrument given in the payment of a debt or obligation to
Wicomico County or any of its agencies, which is not
collectible at the institution upon which it is drawn,
otherwise known as a "bad check".

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County finds it
advisable to amend Chapter 29 of the Wicomico County Code,
and to add a provision providing a penalty for the issuance
