AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 54, title "Transient
Lodging Facilities" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section
54-1, title "Definitions", Section 54-3, title "Guest
register - required to be kept by hotels, tourist homes,
etc.; information to be shown", of Article I, title "In
General"; Section 54-10, title "Administration and
enforcement of article generally" of Division 1, title
"Generally"; Section 54-17, title "Certificates to be filed
prior to issuance" of Division 2, title "Licenses"; Section
54-28, title "Water and sewer facilities", Section 54-41,
title "Inspections and report of violations of article" of
Division 3, title "Health Standards And Legislations, of
Article III, title "Hostels, Rooming Houses, Boardinghouses
And Tourist Homes"; Section 54-42, title "Definitions",
Section 54-51, title "Sewage and refuse disposal",
Subsection (b) of Section 54-57, title "Parking of trailers
outside park - Generally" of Division 1, title "Generally";
Section 54-62, title "Application and issuance generally",
and Subsection (c) of Section 54-63, title "Approval and
certificates prerequisite to issuance" of Division 2, title
"Licenses" of Article III, title "Trailer Coach Parks", to
provide for the transfer of functions from the Department of
Environmental Protection to the to the Department of Health.
Effective Date December 28, 1979.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 56, title "Urban
Renewal and Community Development" of the Montgomery County
Code, 1972, as amended, by repealing and reenacting with
amendments Section 56-6, title "Administration" to transfer
certain functions from the Director of the Department of
Community and Economic Development to the Director of
Housing and Community Development.
Effective Date December 28, 1979.
