upon noncompliance with health standards and regulations",
Section 46-6, title "Appeals from action of director" of
Article I, title "In General"; Section 46-17, title "Rooms
to be kept free from flies, roaches, rodents, etc.;
restrictions on use of poisons", and Section 46-18, title
"Diseased or emaciated animals" of Article II, title "Health
Standards and Regulations", to provide for the transfer of
administrative and enforcement functions from the Department
of Environmental Protection to the Department of Health.

"Definitions", Section 47-9, title "Enforcement of article",
Section 47-15, title "Same - Renewal", Section 47-16, title
"Same - Denial, revocation or suspension - Generally",
Section 47-17, title "Same - Same - Appeals" of Article II,
title "Solicitors" to provide for the transfer of functions
from the Department of Environmental Protection to the
Office of Consumer Affairs.

Pools" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by
repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 51-1, title
"Definitions," to make the approving authority the
Department of Health rather than the Department of
Environmental Protection.
