Article I, title "In General"; Section 46-17, title "Rooms
to be kept free from flies, roaches, rodents, etc.;
restrictions on use of poisons", and Section 46-18, title
"Diseased or emaciated animals" of Article II, title "Health
Standards and Regulations", to provide for the transfer of
administrative and enforcement functions from the Department
of Environmental Protection to the Department of Health.

"Definitions", Section 47-9, title "Enforcement of article",
Section 47-15, title "Same - Renewal", Section 47-16, title
"Same - Denial, revocation or suspension - Generally",
Section 47-17, title "Same - Same - Appeals" of Article II,
title "Solicitors" to provide for the transfer of functions
from the Department of Environmental Protection to the
Office of Consumer Affairs.

Environmental Protection.
