vehicles intra-County, to register with the Montgomery
County Department of Environmental Protection; to make such
registration subject to the same general provisions
applicable to motor vehicle repair registration; to require
the towing company to maintain insurance to cover damage to
towed vehicle; to require lettering of tow trucks; to
require that rate schedules for towing services be filed
with the Montgomery County Department of Environmental
Protection and that they be carried in each tow truck and
made available upon request to the owners of the vehicles to
be towed; to require that the contractor of towing services
be informed of the charges for towing; and to require that a
copy of the registration required by this Chapter be carried
in each tow truck.

Effective Date December 24, 1979.

Chapter 11

AN ACT to amend Subsection 33-45(f) of Section 33-45,
title "Procedures for Certification of Employee
Organizations" of Article IV, title "Employer-Employee
Relations" of Chapter 33, titled "Personnel" of the
Montgomery County Code, 1972, as amended, to provide for an
exclusive representation upon the casting of a certain
percentage of votes.

Effective Date January 10, 1980.

Chapter 12

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal Section 10-29, "Vaccination
Against Smallpox, Etc." of Chapter 10, titled "Child Care,"
and Section 24-2, title "Diptheria Immunization - Required
Of School children" and Section 24-3, titled "Same
Objection To Presenting Evidence Of Inoculation Upon Grounds
Of Religious Principles" of Chapter 24, titled, "Health and
Sanitation", all of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, for the purpose of eliminating the duplication of
provisions dealing with immunization of children currently
covered by State law and regulation.

Effective Date October 11, 1979.
