AN ACT amending Section 1.210 "Standards for Positions"
and Section 1.211 "Incorporation of Class Specifications" of
Title I "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order
to permit the possession of an equivalent license in lieu of
a professional engineer license.

AN ACT amending Section 1.118 "Hours of Work" and
Section 1.119 "Overtime and Compensatory Time" of the Howard
County Code to clarify the hours of work of sworn members of
the Howard County Police Department, Firefighter personnel
of the Howard County Fire Department, Dispatchers, and
Police Records Clerks.

Approved January 8, 1981.

Bill No. 113

AN ACT amending Section 2.206 "Place of Hearings,"
Section 2.211 (e) "Fees" and Section 2.213 (c) "Fees" of
Title II of the Howard County Code to correctly identify the
location of Board of Appeals' hearings and to delete
references to specific fees.

Effective Date January 31, 1981.

AN ACT pursuant to Section 612 of the Howard County
Charter, approving and ratifying a multi-year lease on
property at 7190 Oakland Mills Road, Section 10A, Guilford
East Industrial Park.
