COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Section 1.302
"Executive Exempt Pay Plan" and Section 1.303 "Miscellaneous
Exempt Pay Plan" of Title I "Administration" of the Howard
County Code in order to implement a new pay plan.

Effective Date July 1, 1980.

AN ACT amending Section 1.116 "Pay Plan" of Title I
"Administration" of the Howard County Code to clarify when
approval is required for hiring at other than the minimum
salary for a given class, to provide for a five percent (5%)
merit increase, and to provide shift differential pay for
employees working a fixed, late shift.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (aaaa) to Title 18 "Public
Works", subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to Jesse Starcher; the said
property owner being the Petitioner.

Works", subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to J. Nevitt Evans, Sr., ET AL, c/o
Church of God and Church of God Camp, R.E. Crowley, ET AL,
Trustee; the said property owner being the Petitioner.
