County Code in order to clarify certain language.

AN ACT repealing Sections 1.210 and 1.211 of the Howard
County Code and re-enacting new Section 1.210 "Standards for
Positions" of the Howard County Code to indicate minimum
qualifications for each class of position within the
classified service.

Effective Date July 1, 1980.

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Section 1.212 "Pay
Plan for Hourly and Salaried Employees" of Title I
"Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
implement a new pay plan.

Bill No. 23

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting 1.300 "Scope" of
Subtitle 3 "Exempt Service" of Title I "Administration" of
the Howard County Code in order to indicate those positions
compensated under the provisions of the Executive Exempt Pay
Plan and the Miscellaneous Exempt Pay Plan.

Effective Date July 1, 1980.
