AN ACT to renumber § 22-164 as enacted by Bill No.
101-78 to § 22-169 and to add new landmarks to the Final
Historical Landmark List under newly renumbered § 22-169 of
Article VI. Historical and Architectural Preservation, title
"Planning, Zoning and Subdivision Control" of the Baltimore
County Code, 1978.

AN ACT to increase the fees relating to taxicab
licenses and to authorize the administrative officer to
increase those fees from time to time, by repealing Section
32-19 of Article II. Regulation of Taxicab Business, title
"Taxicabs" of the Baltimore County Code, 1978 and enacting a
new Section 32-19 in lieu thereof.

AN ACT to require the county personnel law to provide
the prohibition against any kind of discrimination in the
employment, suspension or dismissal of employees in the
classified services because of ancestry or national origin,
age, marital status, religion or physical or mental handicap
unrelated in nature and extent so as to reasonably preclude
the performance of the employment, by proposing to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 802(j) of Article
VIII. Merit System of the Baltimore County Charter and to
provide for the submission of said charter amendment to the
voters of Baltimore County.
