AN ACT to add the Sheriff of Baltimore County to the
list of employees insured by the "Self Insurance Fund -
Liability and Property Damage" by adding new subsection
2-132(c) to the Baltimore County Code, 1978, title
"Administration", Article VI. Miscellaneous Provisions.
Division 5. Self Insurance Liability and to provide that
this Act shall be retroactive in its effect.

AN ACT to establish the Baltimore County
Telecommunications Advisory Panel; to provide for its
purposes, functions and duties; to provide for the
appointment of its members and generally relating to CATV
Franchisees and applicants, by adding new Sections 2-120.1
through 2-120.8 inclusive to Article VI. Miscellaneous
Provisions, title "Administration" of the Baltimore County
Code, 1978.

AN ACT to allow residents of other jurisdictions to
adopt impounded animals under certain conditions, by
repealing and re-enacting with amendments subsection (a) of
Section 3-52, Article IX. Miscellaneous, title "Animals" of
the Baltimore County Code, 1978.

AN ACT to allow the conveyance of improved lots with a
water supply which meets the requirements of Article XI.
Individual Water Supplies of the Baltimore County Code,
1978, as amended by Bill No. 43-80 AND TO CHANGE THE PERIOD
OF VALIDITY FOR BACTERIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL QUALITY TEST
RESULTS by repealing and re-enacting with amendments Section
13-119(a) AND SECTION 13-117(c) of Article XI. Individual
Water Supplies, title "Health and Sanitation" of the
Baltimore County Code, 1978, as amended by Bill No. 43-80.
