COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 17-601A and subsection 17-602(4) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater charges and
assessments"; to shorten the time period for notification to
owner of water turn off; and to shorten the time period
after which interest is assessed for unpaid water and
wastewater charges.

Bill No. 175-80

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 12-802 and 12-802A of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits
and Franchises", Subtitle 8, "Electrical", Article I, "In
General"; to update the reference to the edition of the
National Electrical Code; and to correct a reference to a
sub-section of the current edition of that Code.

AN ACT to establish a license fee for motels and/or
hotels, by adding a new subsection (d) to Section 5-6, title
"Buildings" of the Baltimore County Code, 1978.

AN ACT to provide a method for restricting on street
parking in designated residential neighborhood areas crowded
with parked cars from outside the neighborhood, by
restricting on street parking in those areas, except to
residents and certain other persons, under certain
conditions, and to establish standards and criteria in the
issuance of special parking permits, and to provide for the
administration of the residential parking program, and for
other matters generally relating hereto, by adding new
Sections 17-85 through 17-91 to new Article VII. to be
designated "Residential Permit Parking Areas" under title
"Motor Vehicles and Traffic", of the Baltimore County Code,
1978.
