AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No.
121-80, legalizing Supplement No. 38, 6-80, to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and
published by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee,
Florida, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 12-1107 (d) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", to require that
changes in certain connection charges shall apply to certain
renewed or extended connection permits.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to add new Sections 12-2600
through 12-2610, inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits
and Franchises" to be under new Subtitle 26, "Purchases of
Used Precious Metals", to establish certain licensing
requirements for the business of purchasing of used precious
metals, providing definitions, creating license conditions,
fees, application requirements, purchase reporting
requirements, restrictions as to transfer and disposition of
certain purchase PURCHASED precious metal items, prohibiting
certain purchases, establishing certain criminal and
administrative penalties for violations of the new subtitle,
creating certain appeal rights, PROVIDING THAT THIS ACT IS
AN EMERGENCY MEASURE, and generally relating to the
regulation of purchase of precious metals in Anne Arundel
County.

Effective Date December 16, 1980.
