AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 11A-1300(f) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11A, "Housing Maintenance
and Occupancy Code", Subtitle 13, "Notices and Orders", to
simplify and clarify means of service and matters generally
related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-327(c) and (d) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article
VIII "Off-street Parking", as added by Bill No. 112-80, and
to enact new Section 13-327(c) and (d) to said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article to stand in the place of the Section so
repealed; to establish certain zoning regulations relating
to parking of certain commercial vehicles or vehicles used
for commercial purposes and recreation vehicles and related
recreational equipment.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 18-103(a) and (b) and 18-105 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 18,
"Traffic", Subtitle l, "Generally"; to add new Sections
18-112 through 18-117 18-116 to said Code, Title, and
Subtitle; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections
18-200, 18-201, and 18-205(c) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
2, "Interference with Emergency Equipment"; and to repeal
Section 18-203 of said Code, Title, and Subtitle, and to add
new Section 18-203 to stand in the place of the Section so
repealed; to prohibit the parking of certain commercial and
recreational vehicles and equipment on certain public
rights-of-way; to provide for the issuance and payment or
contesting of citations issued for certain parking
violations; to establish a prescription as to what
constitutes an abandoned automobile; to provide penalties
for the abandonment of certain automobiles; to provide
certain procedures for the disposition of certain abandoned
vehicles; and generally relating to changes in the existing
Traffic Code of Anne Arundel County.
