AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Section 14-309 (a) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 14, "Police",
Subtitle 3, "Police and Fire Service Retirement"; to reduce
the amount of the employee contribution to the pension fund
for certain employees.

Effective Date July 22, 1980.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-300.2 (97) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General
Provisions and Definitions"; to repeal Section 13-300.12 of
said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article; to repeal Section
13-327 through 13-327.6 inclusive of said Code, Title,
Subtitle, and Article VIII, "Off-Street Parking", and to
enact new Sections 13-327 through 13-327.6 to stand in place
of the Section so repealed, to change and update the Anne
Arundel County Zoning regulations relating to off-street
parking; and matters generally relating to zoning
regulations in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Charter of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Article VI, "County Board of Appeals", Section
601, "County board of appeals; appointment; term;
compensation"; and by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, said Charter and Article, Section 605,
"Furthering legislation"; to expand as of a certain date the
number of members of County Board of Appeals and to provide
for the appointment, composition and quorum of the board; to
authorize the County Council to designate panels of less
than the full number of members of the Board of Appeals to
