AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 1-215 IV.A. and IX. of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II,
"Classified Service", to amend the class title and salary
grade of Police Lieutenant, and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Charter of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland by repealing and reenacting with
amendments. Article II, "The County Council", Section 201,
"Composition", subsection (a), "Residence Requirement", and
Section 202, "Qualifications", subsection (a), "In General"
to change the qualifications for County Council by reducing
the district and county residency requirements to six months
and one year, respectively; to submit said amendment to the
qualified voters of Anne Arundel County, Maryland for their
adoption or rejection, and matters generally related
thereto.

Effective Date April 21, 1980.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 12-238 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 2, "Amusements", Article II, "Fees and
Regulations", to provide for public hearing on license
application, advertising requirement, and requiring licensee
to have an attendant on duty at all times, and matters
generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-400(a)(4) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 4, "General Development Plan", to adopt a revised
Anne Arundel County Solid Waste Management Plan.
