AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make an emergency
appropriation from the Director of Administration's
Contingency Account for the current fiscal year to the
Department of Recreation and Parks for the purpose of
providing funds to correct drainage and erosion problems at
the Andover Recreation Area.

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended an
emergency appropriation to the County budget for the current
fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions of Section
712 of the Anne Arundel County Charter; and

WHEREAS, the Controller has certified in writing that
such funds are available for appropriation.

Effective Date March 18, 1980.

Bill No. 33-80

AN ORDINANCE to add new subsection (g) to Section 2-100
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 2, "Board of Appeals", Subtitle 1,
"Powers and Functions", to confirm and clarify that the
Office of Planning and Zoning does not have to pay any
filing fee to the Board of Appeals in order to maintain an
appeal to that body from a decision of the Zoning Hearing
Officer.

Effective Date March 18, 1980.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No.
139-79, legalizing Supplement No. 36, 9-79, to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and
published by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee,
Florida, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.
