AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 1-1200 through 1-1209
to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", to be under new
Subtitle 12, "Disposal of Real Property"; and to repeal and
reenact, with amendments, Section 17-301 of said Code, Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 3, "Delinquent Taxes"; to establish
certain procedures and requirements relating to the
disposition of certain real property owned by the County.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 1-2151., E. and F. of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service";
to add new Section l-217(b)(25A) to said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article; to alter salary grades for the Human
Relations Officer and Economic Development Officer; to
create the position of Assistant to the County Executive
within the classified service and to provide a salary grade
therefor; and generally related to the classified service of
Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-909(c) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 9, "Waterways Improvement
Districts", to follow immediately after Section 17-909(b) as
added to said Code, title and subtitle by Bill No. 1-80, to
levy an assessment upon properties within the Lake Hillsmere
Waterway Improvement District to secure the repayment of a
certain loan; to provide for the payment of said assessment;
to provide that this ordinance is contingent upon the
adoption and taking effect of a certain other ordinance; and
matters generally related thereto.
