Section 3-206 of the same Code, Title and Subtitle, and to
enact new Section 3-206 of said Code, Title and Subtitle to
stand in place of the section so repealed, to revise the
Anne Arundel County building regulations, to adopt a new
basic building code, to adopt certain supplementary building
regulations, and generally relating to the regulation of the
construction, maintenance and repair of structures in Anne
Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 12-1100, 12-1107 (d) and (e), 12-1108, 12-1120, and
12-1124 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", and to add new Sections 12-1103(f),
12-1125 and 12-1126 to the same Code, Title and Subtitle, to
change the Anne Arundel County Plumbing Code, to change
certain plumbing permit requirements and conditions, to
establish certain license posting and display requirements,
to establish certain penalties and provide certain other
remedies for violations of the Plumbing Code, changing the
areas of responsibility of utility contractors, requiring
that connection to public utility systems be performed by
licensed plumbers, requiring all work performed by licensed
utility contractors conform to local, State and federal laws
and regulations, changing standard requirements applying to
all plumbing work in Anne Arundel County, and generally
relating to revision of plumbing regulation in Anne Arundel
County.

Sections 12-2402, 12-2404 (c), 12-2406(b), 12-2410, 12-2411,
12-2412, 12-2413, 12-2414, 12-2415 and 12-2423 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 24, "Air
Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration", to add new
Sections 12-2403A and 12-2419(c) to the same Code, Title and
Subtitle, and to repeal, in its entirety. Section 12-2425 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, and to enact new Section
12-2425 to stand in place of the section so repealed, to
change and update the Anne Arundel County Mechanical Code
relating to air conditioning, heating and refrigeration
system and component installation maintenance and repair, to
establish and change certain journeyman and other license
