MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Annexation Agreement between The Commissioners of St.
Michaels, Talbot County, and Perry Cabin Associates, dated
May 6, 1980; and

WHEREAS, The Commissioners of St. Michaels have
expressed a desire to annex the Perry Cabin Farm and to
provide for zoning, subdivision and municipal services to
the said property; and

WHEREAS, the Owners of one hundred percent (100%) of
the assessed valuation of the real property located in the
area to be annexed, by their execution of Consents to
Annexation or the said Annexation Agreement have consented
to the proposed annexation; and

WHEREAS, nobody presently resides within the area of
land which is to be hereby annexed.

[Section(s) Article 1, Section 4, of the Charter of the
Town of St. Michaels, Talbot County, added.

Effective Date August 11, 1980]

SALISBURY

(Wicomico County)

RESOLUTION NO. 212

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury

of a certain area of land situated contiguous
to and binding upon the Westerly corporate limits
of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as
Lake Street Annexation and bounded on the west by Lake
Street also known as Jersey Road, bounded on the north
by the southerly boundary line of the lots on the
south side of Keene Avenue, bounded on the east
by the Corporate limit at Johnson Lake and
bounded on the south by the Corporate Limit
excluding the land at the northwest corner
of the described area and belonging to
Frederick D. Wright and John W. Flamer but including
the land of the First Baptist Church of
Salisbury, Inc., James A.Chalmers, Jess L. and
Jo Ann Watson and Daisy M. Collins.

WHEREAS, The City of Salisbury has received a petition
to annex signed by at least 25% of the persons who are
eligible property owners in the area sought to be annexed
and being contiguous to and binding upon the Westerly
corporate limits of The City of Salisbury and called the
Lake Street Annexation for identification, and

WHEREAS, The City of Salisbury has caused to be made a
certification of the signatures on said consent to
