Changes in Article III "Wards", Section C-6
"Boundaries" of the Charter by Amending the Sub-
Paragraphs Describing the Boundaries of
the Third Ward and the Fifth Ward
WHEREAS, the development of the Prospect Hill area of
Cheverly and the completion of Parkway make clearly defined
and readily recognizable ward boundaries for the Third Ward
and Fifth Ward desirable, and
WHEREAS, this can be done by realigning a portion of
the boundary between the Third Ward and the Fifth Ward so as
to follow streets and parkland rather than dividing blocks
in an uneven and difficult to follow manner, and
WHEREAS, specific action to amend the charter of the
Town of Cheverly is needed to do this.
[Section 11-6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, (1963 Edition, and 1967 Supplement),
also being § C-6 of the Charter of the Town of Cheverly,
Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF CHURCH CREEK,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of
the Constitution of Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition as amended)
entitled "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of
the Commissioners of Church Creek by adding a new Section
4-13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester County,
1974 Edition, to be entitled "Industrial and Commercial
