1, 1936, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in
liber 453 at folio 372, thence in an easterly direction with
and along the third line of [said] lot 2, and the third line
of lot 1 described in the aforesaid deed from G. Bowie
McCeney, trustee, to Harry C. DuVall, et ux, to the end of
the eighth line of a deed from G. Bowie McCeney to Ernest B.
Marshall, dated September 27, 1937, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 481 at folio 321, thence in
a southerly direction reversely with and along the eighth
line of the aforesaid deed from G. Bowie McCeney to Ernest
B. Marshall, and with and along the first line and the
southerly prolongation thereof of a deed from Laurel
Sanitarium, Incorporated, to Jessie C. Coggins, dated April
12, 1935, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in
liber 421 at folio 335, to the center of Cherry Lane, thence
in a southerly direction, to a point south of, at right
angles to and 300 feet distant from the south line of Cherry
Lane, thence in an easterly direction, south of, parallel to
and 300 feet distant from the south line of Cherry Lane to
the center of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard, thence in
a straight line, in a southeasterly direction to a point
west of, at right angles to and 300 feet distant from the
west line of the Laurel-Bowie Road where [said] THE road
crosses a small stream, [said] THE stream being
approximately 1.2 miles southerly along [said] THE
Laurel-Bowie Road from the center line of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad, thence in a southerly direction, west of,
parallel to and 300 feet distant from the west line of the
Laurel-Bowie Road, to a point south of, 300 feet distant
from and at right angles to the westerly prolongation of the
south line of the Brock Bridge Road, thence in an easterly
direction, south of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from
the south line of the Brock Bridge Road to the center line
of the Patuxent River, being the boundary line between
Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties, thence in a
southeasterly direction with the center line of the Patuxent
River and [said] THE boundary line between Prince George's
and Anne Arundel counties to the existing boundaries of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a general
westerly direction with [said] THE boundaries of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
(c) Beginning for the same at a point on the present
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, 500
feet distant and at right angles to the east line of the new
Marlboro Pike and running thence in a southerly direction,
east of, parallel to and 500 feet distant from the east line
of [said] THE New Marlboro Pike to a point on the easterly
prolongation of the south line of the Allentown Road, thence
in a southwesterly direction with and along the [said] south
line of the [said] Allentown Road to the present boundary of
