boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.

(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and [said] THE area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.

19-29. Same — Vicinity of Laurel, New Marlboro Pike,
Morningside, Possum Pike, Allentown Road, McCarthy property,
Scraggs property and Greenbelt.

(a)  The areas herein described are hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All those areas
in Prince George's County lying within the following
described boundaries:

(b)  Beginning for the same where the present northerly
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
intersects the boundary line of Montgomery and Prince
George's counties and running thence in a northeasterly
direction with [said] THE boundary line of Montgomery and
Prince George's counties to the center line of the Patuxent
River, [said] THE center line of the Patuxent River being
the boundary line between Prince George's and Howard
counties, thence in a southeasterly direction with the
center line of [said] THE Patuxent River and the Prince
George's and Howard counties boundary line to the west
boundary of the Town of Laurel, thence in a southwesterly
direction with the boundary line of the Town of Laurel to a
point where [said] THE boundary line of the Town of Laurel
leaves Walkers Branch, thence in a southwesterly direction
in a straight line to the northeast corner of the property
of Irvin L. Stonesifer, et ux, obtained from the Maryland
Investment and Realty Company by deed dated September 25,
1940, and recorded among the land records of Prince George's
County, Maryland, in liber 590 at folio 71, thence in a
westerly direction in a straight line to the northwest
corner of the property of John T. Whitehead, obtained from
Snowden J. Athey, et ux, by deed dated May 14, 1943, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 658 at
folio 246, thence in a southerly direction reversely with
and along the first line of the aforesaid deed from Snowden
J. Athey, et ux, to John T. Whitehead to the north line of
the Laurel-Burtonsville Road, thence in a westerly direction
with and along the north line of the Laurel-Burtonsville
Road to a point at right angles to the northwest corner of
the property of Mario A. Bennie, et al., obtained from
Richard H. Lansdale, by deed dated April 10, 1946, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 833 at
folio 44, thence in a southerly direction at right angles to
the north line of the Laurel-Burtonsville Road to the
northwest corner of the property of Mario A. Bennie, et al.,
