deed from Edward C. Allnutt, et ux, to Winton P. Jones, et
ux, dated November 18, 1953, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 1862 at folio 23, thence in
a northwesterly direction, reversely with and along [said]
THE fourth line and the prolongation thereof of the
aforesaid deed from Edward C. Allnutt, et ux, to Winton P.
Jones, et ux, to the center line of the Falls Road, running
between Potomac and Rockville, thence in a southerly
direction with the center of [said] Falls Road to intersect
the easterly prolongation of the fourth line of the second
tract of a deed from the Julian Assets Company to William A.
Julian, dated December 20, 1937, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 687 at folio 427, "thence in
a westerly direction, reversely with and along the easterly
prolongation of the fourth and the fourth and third lines of
the second tract of the aforesaid deed from Julian Assets
Company to William A. Julian to the end of the nineteenth
line of a deed from George A. Harris, et ux, to William A.
Julian, dated August 9, 1935, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 602 at folio 201, thence in
a westerly and northerly direction, reversely with and along
the nineteenth through the fourth lines of the aforesaid
deed from George A. Harris, et ux, to William A. Julian, to
the end of the eighth line of a deed from Alice H. Butts et
al., to William A. Julian, dated January 15, 1936, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 622 at
folio 223, thence in a northerly direction reversely with
and along the eighth and seventh lines of the aforesaid deed
from Alice H. Butts, et al., to William A. Julian, to the
beginning . of the twelfth line of parcel one of a deed from
Merrill D. Knight, et ux, to the Julian Assets Company,
dated August 5, 1937, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 675 at folio 397, thence in a northerly and
easterly direction with and along the twelfth through the
twenty-fourth lines and the easterly prolongation of the
twenty-fourth line of parcel one of the aforesaid deed from
Merrill D. Knight, et ux, to the Julian Assets Company, to
the center of the [said] Falls Road, thence along the center
line of Great Falls Road in a southwesterly direction to the
intersection of the Great Falls Road and the southerly
boundaries of the Joseph Luria Tract as described in the
deed recorded among the land records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in liber 1888 at folio 213, [said] THE tract being
commonly known as the Rockville Fruit Farm; thence easterly
along the southern boundaries of the [said] Rockville Fruit
Farm a distance of about [two thousand five hundred and
fifty (2,550)] 2,550 feet, more or less, to the
southeasterly corner of the [said] Rockville Fruit Farm;
thence in a straight line, southeasterly to intersect the
Seven Locks Road at a point [three hundred (300)] 300 feet
northeast of Montrose Road at its intersection with [said]
Seven Locks Road; thence easterly, parallel to and [three
hundred (300)] 300 feet north of [said] Montrose Road to
intersect the present boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence southerly with the present
