The following area is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning for the same at a
stone marked "B" on the east line of the whole tract and
running thence south 1/2° east 40 6/10 perches to a stone at
the root of a small dogwood tree; thence north 89 1/2° west
90 perches to a stake; thence north 45 1/2° west 116
perches; thence north 40° 10 perches; thence north 12 1/2°
east 42 04/100 perches to J. Perkins Talbert's lot; thence
with his south line north 73 1/2° east 135 perches to a
County (Livingston) Road; thence with [said] THE road south
7° east 13 perches; thence south 43° east 11 perches; thence
south 76 3/4° east 21 perches to the east line of the whole
tract; thence with [said] THE line south 2° west 94 1/2
perches to place of beginning, containing 136 23/100 acres
of land situated on the west side of Livingston Road in Oxon
Hill District, Prince George's County, Maryland, being the
same property conveyed to the Washington Heights Realty
Corporation, and a part of which has been subdivided and is
known as "Forest Heights"; [said] THE property now adjoining
on the north the present outline of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.
19-12. 1945 boundary extensions — Ardmore, Navy Day
Subdivision, Southern Maryland Pike and Randall Road areas.
(a) The following areas are hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District:
(b) Beginning at the existing angle point in the
boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
where Bald Hill Branch crosses the George N. Palmer Highway,
formerly the Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric
Railway, and running thence in a southeasterly direction
down Bald Hill Branch to intersect a line 200 feet southeast
of and parallel to the southeast right of way line of the
George N. Palmer Highway, thence in a southwesterly
direction along [said] THE line 200 feet southeast of and
parallel to the southeast right of way line of the [said]
George N. Palmer Highway to intersect the eighth or south 1
3/4° west 16.96 chain line described in a deed from Clarence
0. Simpson to George J. Cleary, Jr., and Ann Cleary, his
wife, dated March 2, 1938, and recorded in the land records
of Prince George's County, Maryland, in liber 487 at folio
179, [said] THAT line being the dividing line between the
properties of George J. Cleary, Jr., and Mary E. Hope,
thence in a southerly direction with and along [said] THE
line to the end thereof, thence reversely with the first or
north 2° west 187 1/2 perch line of parcel 2 described in a
deed from the Federal Land Bank of Baltimore to Francis
Scruggs, dated August 21, 1939, and recorded in the
aforesaid land records in liber 543 at folio 157, [said]
THAT line being the dividing line between the property of
Francis C. Scruggs and the properties of George J. Cleary,
Jr., Noble F. Rushe, Wendle E. and Gladis J. Malin, and the
property formerly owned by Harry Z. Hayes, now owned by the
aforementioned Francis C. Scruggs, to its intersection with
