(b) A person convicted of violating subsection (a) of
this section is guilty of a felony and may be fined not more
than $50,000 or imprisoned for not more than 25 years, or
both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

known as the "Maryland Veterans Commission," to be composed
